Genuinely proud and happy💜 you have come so far and accomplished so many things and you should give yourself the credit for all of that🌿🌸 even though you said that you have not 100% healed, you have still managed to change your mindset, which is actually the key factor to heal from an eating disorder💟 I can't describe how happy I feel for you, you are an incredible person and you truly inspire me every single day💗 thank you for being vulnerable with us and you have nothing to be afraid of when talking about what you have been through🌺

  2. great video Jas! I am so happy you are feeling better and that you accepted yourself as you are! I think this is the life lesson everyone should discover, I just did recently as well. We don't need seek approval from on one else just ourselves to be happy who we are, how we look and how we feel. The rest is just a +.

  8. I love your honesty Jasmine, I love hearing about your healing journey both physically and mentally. I can't tell you how pleased I am that you have done all this work on yourself while you are young. I am 54 years old and the last year I have done so much work on myself, I finally feel comfortable in my own skin and I accept myself the way I am. Its taken me a long time to get here, your videos will help so many young girls and stop them going through what both you and I have been through.   10. Good for you Jasmine! I’ve always thought you were the sweetest soul. Just for info, and something you might (or might not!) want to look into is that oats like many grains contain phytic acid. This can bind to certain nutrients in the gut and block their absorption. To reduce phytic acid, you can soak, ferment and of course cook the oats. Traditionally, oats were fermented (fun fact!). A bit of phytic acid is ok, and not normally an issue. But it can become an issue if you’re not getting enough iron and zinc from red meat and other absorbable (mostly animal) sources. You look amazing now and I’m so glad to hear you are at a much better place around food (I don’t want to contribute to your food anxiety!) but only mention this as I wish you the very best in your wellness journey!   12. When I was at my other university I used to visit a Chinese doctor for acupuncture near my town and he and his team are very good and I always used to bring my sister with me and she really benefited from them too.
    I have always believed in holistic medicine and things that many psychologists reject and they work for me.

  13. Just want to give you a healing tip for healthy liver and uterus – massage little bit of castor oil on liver and uterus area – it provides cleansing healing and nourishment !

Jasmine, I had subscribed to you during your South Korea trips and a short while ago I felt like watching them again and I realised how I'm so used to your current healthy self already, I totally forgot how you were like back then. Your whole mannerisms also changed, you're way more open and don't hide what you eat even on camera, nor do you do the body checks you would do back then. You have come such a long way and I'm sure you've helped out so many people too. I'm proud of you.

    Ok so I was always hesitant on mentioning this but now that you yourself said it: yes, I used to always notice your red fingers and they got me so concerned back then, I kept wondering about them but never commented on them. It was one thing that I enjoyed your video content and another to be worrying about other aspects but not being able to point them out because it wouldn't have helped anyone.
    I'm glad you came to realise yourself and developed into a beautiful person now.

    I’ve just come to realize & accept that I actually have anorexia too and have struggled with it for the past 4 years. Being in quarantine has given me the time & calm to self reflect on my mindset around my body and what I eat, and to realize that it’s very toxic.
    Hearing about your recovery gives me hope that healing is possible for me too, especially for body dysmorphia which I struggle with so badly. I’m also the same age as you so I feel like I can really relate to you.
